Addressing the challenges facing ZIFA requires a comprehensive and strategic approach. I propose a five-step plan to drive significant and lasting positive change within Zimbabwean Football. Starting from the foundation by addressing the brokenness of the institution, creating avenues to identify future stars in our grassroots, and building all the way up to make our teams worthy of FIFA World Cup Champion Status.

To my fellow Zimbabweans,
Our football stands at a pivotal crossroads - a moment of great potential and urgent need for reform. The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) has faced significant challenges that have greatly tarnished its reputation and image.
However, this adversity also presents an opportunity for renewal and transformation. The current state of Zimbabwean football has taught us that - football is more than a game! It transcends sports, touching so many aspects of our lives and social connections. It is a unifying force that inspires hope, builds communities, and drives national pride.
I believe in the immense potential of Zimbabwean football and I humbly offer myself to serve as ZIFA president over the next four years. I am seeking your mandate to lead the transformation of ZIFA and pledge to bring my expertise in business, my experience in governance, and the robust global network I have built over the past decades in business.
It is not too late for us to unite and transform our game for prosperity. Together, we can rebuild ZIFA into an organisation that is well-governed, transparent and delivers on it promises.
